David serves as the Director of Forest Analytics, and is responsible for spatial and inventory data analysis, growth and yield projections, and harvest scheduling. David worked at The Lyme Timber Company for eight years as their Senior Investment Analyst, where he was responsible for analysis of new and existing investments, managing a 90,000-acre southern pine portfolio, and overseeing the company’s information technology. Before joining Lyme, David worked for ten years as a forester in private industry, for the Maine Bureau of Public Lands, and as the Yale University Forest Manager. He is a licensed forester in Vermont, and a member of the The Forest Guild. David earned a BA in Molecular Biology from Princeton University in 1996 and a Master of Forestry from Yale University in 2004.
