Prab has over 17 years of experience in forestland operations and forestland investment management in all major forestry investment regions globally. As Vice President of Transactions, Prab is responsible for leading acquisition and disposition of forestlands for Eastwood Forests. Prior to Eastwood, Prab was the Director of Valuation at Manulife Investment Management responsible for the valuation of acquisition and disposition projects, management of the third-party appraisal program, and review and approval of management plans. Prab started his industry career at Temple Inland as Decision Support Analyst, later transitioning to the Campbell Group prior to joining Hancock Forest Management (now Manulife) as a Resource Planning Manager.

Prab holds a BS degree in Agriculture from the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Sciences in Nepal, MS in Forest Economics and Policy from the University of Arkansas, and MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University, North Carolina.
