Brian brings a strong quantitative foundation to his work in timberland investment and forest biometrics. In his role as Associate Director of Valuation, he is responsible for the financial assessment and valuation of Eastwood’s forest assets. Prior to joining Eastwood Forests, he served as a Forest Analyst at TÜV SÜD, where he supported forest carbon offset validations and verifications. Previously, Brian managed inventory datasets, designed growth and yields systems, and created strategic planning models across a 1.5-million-acre timberland investment portfolio at TTG Forestry Services. Brian holds a Master of Forestry from the University of Maine and a BA in Economics from Colorado State University. He is engaged with various professional organizations including the Society of American Foresters, Association of Consulting Foresters, and the Southern Mensurationists Organization.
